🪐 orbit of influence
1 year of 1:1 workshops centered around 12 core themes from our y3k career glossary. your accountability partner will ignite your creativity about how you can uniquely contribute to a more abundant future of work for all, and it will all be documented in your very own wiki.
people are constantly mislabeling gen-z and millennials as lazy, when they just don’t understand what’s really happening…
…the world is literally burning around us while our rent is due.
terms like “mico-retirement” and “conscious unbossing” are signals pointing to a future of work where younger generations no longer want to play the game. we want to thrive, not just survive—and we want to do so according to our own personal values, not some oppression-funding corporation’s.
if this resonates with you, you’re not alone. wherever you are on your journey to exploring a new future of work, we’re here for you.
whether you’ve found this page from our navigation bar, our y3k career glossary, or our social media, the goal of our orbit of influence is the same: to help you think about how you’re currently operating under capitalism and how you might want to operate differently:
What’s in your orbit?
Who are you affecting and attracting?
What really matters to you?
What do you really want to “do”?
so, how does it work?
we’ve packaged up the workshops, rituals, self-reflection prompts, core themes, and practices from 12 of the concepts inside of our y3k career glossary that we believe are the most helpful for reflecting on how to create a more abundant future for all. we believe abundance is something that belongs to the collective and the closer you are to your own personal evolution, the closer we collectively become. why? because each of your actions—from where you spend your money to your self-talk—influences every living thing around you.
for a full year, you’ll meet with our accountability partner 1x month for a themed workshop hour. Each workshop will be centered around 1 of our glossary terms that can ignite your creativity over the following month about how you can uniquely contribute to a more abundant future of work for all.
you’ll also gain access to our DMs where you can chat with your accountability partner throughout the month, and where they’ll check-in on your progress with the themes.
our workshops are not rooted in advisement or coaching, they are meant to ignite and inspire creativity.
in doing this work, you’ll build up a part-wiki, part-energetic field guide that will act as a living reference which everything you’re working on, growing, or recalibrating can be mapped back to.
this hub allows you to spot gaps, connect dots, and stay grounded even when you’re pivoting.
