because gen-z and millennials are being labeled as ‘lazy,’ when in reality, the world is burning around us while our rent is due!!!!
we’re micro-retiring, conscious unbossing, quiet quitting, and polyworking just to find purpose and pay our bills.
we don’t want a better future of work. we need one. and it has to be one that is rooted in abundance for all.

starryuu.world is rooted in glossary terms that combine self-reflection concepts (think: parallel self, soul contract, and human design) with the practical (like: mission, vision, and values), challenging us to think differently about the future of work itself. by familiarizing yourself with these concepts (or the unique ways in which we approach them), you might start to ask:
what will “work” mean in the year y3k?
what kind of “work” do i really want to be doing?
why do i have to “work” at all?
should my “work” = my hobbies or should they stay separate?
how would my skills or interests translate to work or hobbies 1000 years ago? what about 1000 years ahead?
